Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI.
